1. Using Ceylon Bazaar By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to use the platform honestly and provide accurate information.
2. Seller Responsibilities Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, stock levels, and timely dispatch of orders. Sellers must keep their subscription plan active to keep their shop visible.
3. Subscription Plans Seller subscription fees are billed monthly per the plan chosen at registration. Product listing limits apply per plan. Sellers may upgrade or change their plan anytime from the Seller Hub.
4. Payments & Refunds All prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Refunds and returns follow the individual seller's return policy shown on the product page.
5. Prohibited Items Illegal, counterfeit, or restricted goods may not be listed. Ceylon Bazaar reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Changes to These Terms These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
